Salonix (the “App”) is provided by Aykan Burcak (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what data we process when you use Salonix, how we use it, and your rights.
1) Scope
This policy applies to our Android app Salonix (package name: com.aykanburcak.salonix).
2) Data We Collect
The App may process the following types of data:
- Identity Data (Anonymous User ID)
- Anonymous user identifier (UID) created via Firebase Anonymous Authentication.
- Appointment Data
- Customer name
- Service name (optional)
- Appointment date/time
- Duration
- App Settings
- Working hours
- Default slot duration
- Services list
- Language preference
- Device/Operational Data
- Technical logs generated by Firebase infrastructure as needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Audio Data (Microphone Permission)
- Microphone access may be requested when using voice booking features.
- In the current version, audio is processed only for the relevant feature flow.
3) How We Use Data
- To create, display, and manage appointments
- To store user preferences
- To maintain app security and stability
- To improve service quality
4) Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate the App:
- Google Firebase Authentication (anonymous session management)
- Google Cloud Firestore (storage of appointments and settings)
We may also disclose data if required by applicable law or legal process.
5) Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
If deletion is requested and no legal/technical requirement applies, data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.

7) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The App is not intended for children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9) International Data Transfers
Our service providers (e.g., Google Firebase) may process data in countries other than your own.
Where required, we apply safeguards consistent with applicable law.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the App and/or an updated policy page.
